My student is having problems logging into their account. How can we troubleshoot this issue?

If your student is experiencing problems logging into their account via the app, we recommend that they troubleshoot the problem using a computer and connecting to the website. Please note that they must use their username to log in, not their email address.

To reset their password, click the “Forgot Your Password” link on the Sign Up page. They will receive an email with a link to reset their password (note: this email should also include their username). If they don’t receive an email, please make sure they check their spam folder.
